David H. Burrow originally founded the Law Offices of David Burrow in 1979 and Burrow & Parrott, L.L.P. in 1996. The firm serves the entire state in handling plaintiff personal injury cases, commercial business litigation and civil appeals.

With over 44 years of experience, David H. Burrow has handled all types of personal injury, products liability, industrial explosion, medical malpractice, aviation law, maritime law and FELA cases. He successfully represented numerous plaintiffs in two separate plant explosions in the Pasadena and Channelview, Texas areas. His dedication, background and experience as a 'hands on lawyer' puts him in a distinguished category of one of the top attorneys in the state of Texas.

Alice Oliver-Parrott's practice consists of commercial litigation, mediation and civil appellate cases. Ms. Parrott has been practicing law for over 30 years and has served the legal field in both the public and private sectors. She was a district court judge for the 151st District Court in Harris County, Texas for 5 years and also served as Chief Justice of the 1st Court of Appeals for 5 years. She was voted the American Board of Trial Advocates (Texas Chapter) trial lawyer of the year for 2002. She has been a partner with Burrow & Parrott, L.L.P. since the partnership was formed in 1996.
